Hey Y’all!

My favourite fact about sunflowers is when they can’t look towards the sun, they look towards each other.

I chose the symbol of the sunflower for my practice because of this fact and how it represents my values of community care, support, and meaningful connection. I hope to be a sunflower that you can look towards for support and care.

I’m Georgina (she/they), a qualified and registered (HCPC) Art Psychotherapist in Nottingham City Centre—and also a queer, neurodivergent, disabled human who believes therapy should be a space where you’re free to be unapologetically you.

Whether through conversation, creativity, or simply showing up as you are, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and zero judgment.

You are so welcome here. 🌻
